A better tomorrow starts with your help. We appreciate any contribution that you are able to make, and we assure you that our clients do too.
Families in Transition and New Horizons are one organization as of January 1, 2018. New Horizons is a program of the newly combined organization. Your donations will support our efforts of providing hunger relief, emergency shelter, affordable housing, and services to those most in need. We look forward to an even brighter future making even more of an impact in our community.
Who benefits from your support?
Among those served are the working poor, those temporarily or chronically homeless, the elderly living on fixed incomes, families struggling to make ends meet, individuals with problems related to alcohol or other substance. The common thread in each of their personal stories is that they are all people in need… of food, shelter, and someone to care.
