Empty Bowls | Sunday, March 8, 2020 The 17th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser is Sunday, March 8, 2020, at Brookside Congregational Church, 2013 Elm Street in Manchester from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm. The event raises money for Families in Transition-New Horizons. Empty Bowls is an international project to fight hunger. Bowls are created by local artists and donated to be sold. Soup is donated by local restaurants. This date replaces the usually scheduled October Empty Bowls event. Buy Tickets here.

Walk Against Hunger | Sunday, May 17, 2020 Join us for the 30th Annual 5K Walk Against Hunger. Your participation in the event will support ending hunger and homelessness in our community! Click here to sign up and for more information.

Run for Hope | Thursday, August 6, 2020 Join us for the 4th annual family-friendly 5K run/walk in Wolfeboro to benefit Families in Transition-New Horizons which runs Hope House. Hope House provides a home and hope for homeless families in the Governor Wentworth Regional School District.

Wicked FIT Run|Saturday, October 31, 2020 Join us for the 9th Annual 5K Wicked FIT Run! This “spooktacular” family-friendly run/walk benefits Families in Transition-New Horizons which supports ending hunger and homelessness in our community!

Thanksgiving Breakfast | Tuesday, November 24, 2020 Join us for our 27th Annual Thanksgiving Breakfast This is the largest Families in Transition – New Horizons – New Horizons fundraiser. In 2019, this event raised over $200,000 which directly funds our mission. Over 600 business and civic leaders, clergy, politicians, dignitaries, friends, staff and volunteers gather for this hallmark event every year the week of Thanksgiving. A raffle and donation period encourage attendees to give generously. Several guest speakers address the audience on their perspective on the importance of giving.
